These plain-language terms govern use of the HAAM website. A signed proposal, order, statement of work, licence, or other project agreement takes priority for paid work and specific deliverables.

Using the website means accepting these terms
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website. The site is intended to present HAAM's work, ideas, services, products, experiments, and ways to get in touch.

Responsible use
Share the work, but do not break or misrepresent it
Use the site normally
You may browse, share links, quote reasonable extracts with attribution, and use public information for personal or internal business purposes.
Do not misuse it
Do not interfere with the site, bypass security, introduce malicious code, impersonate HAAM, misrepresent the content, or use automated access in a way that creates unreasonable load.
Respect published access rules
Machine-readable files and public datasets are provided to improve discovery and citation. Their publication does not transfer ownership of the underlying content or waive these terms.
Authorship and accuracy
Human-led work may use AI tools
HAAM uses AI in parts of its research, writing, design, development, and publishing workflow. Kris Haamer remains responsible for the public website, but errors can still happen.
HAAM aims to correct material errors when identified, but does not guarantee that every page is complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Dates, prices, availability, external facts, and third-party information can change.
Content that identifies a source, author, client, partner, venue, product, or third party remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owner.
Intellectual property
The website remains HAAM's work unless stated otherwise
The site's original copy, visual identity, interface, code, illustrations, datasets, project presentations, and other materials are owned by Haamer Ventures OÜ or used with permission, except where a different owner or licence is stated.
No licence is granted to reproduce the website substantially, sell its content, remove attribution, create a misleading imitation, or use HAAM trademarks and branding as if they were your own. Rights granted by mandatory law, including quotation and other lawful exceptions, remain unaffected.
Projects, products, and inquiries
A message is not yet a contract
Contacting HAAM, submitting a form, or discussing an idea does not by itself create a client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or confidential relationship.
Paid work begins only under agreed commercial terms. A specific proposal, order confirmation, statement of work, licence, or signed agreement controls scope, price, payment, ownership, acceptance, confidentiality, warranties, and delivery.
Website offers, prices, and availability may change before acceptance. Where mandatory consumer rights apply, these terms do not limit them.
Third parties
External services have their own rules
The website may link to or embed third-party websites, platforms, maps, media, payment tools, social networks, or other services. HAAM does not control their availability, security, accessibility, privacy practices, or content. A link is not automatically an endorsement.
Availability and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAAM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by use of, inability to use, or reliance on this public website, including loss caused by outages, external links, or inaccurate third-party information.
